This website and its forms are provided through HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), a software platform we use as our website builder and customer relationship management (CRM) system. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the pages viewed are processed so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a stable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Consultation request form

When you request a free consultation, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your message (for example your tattoo idea, placement or size)

This data is stored in our CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and used only to contact you about your consultation and a possible booking, including by phone, email or WhatsApp.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). Where you give us your consent, for example to be contacted by a particular channel, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

HighLevel is based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the safeguards offered by the provider, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and Meta Pixel

We may use cookies and the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, for example to see whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to request a consultation. Data collected this way may also be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA.

5. Google Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Bebas Neue" and "Lora" from Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Instagram link

Our website links to our Instagram profile. No data is sent to Instagram until you click the link. After that, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry data for as long as needed to arrange and carry out your consultation and any booking. If no booking follows, we delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless you have asked us to stay in touch. Data we must keep for legal reasons, such as for tax or commercial law, is kept for the statutory retention periods and then deleted.
